What is the minimum order amount to place an order?

The minimum order amount required to place an order is $350.

What payments do you accept?

We accept the following payments: e-transfer, cheque, direct bank deposit, VISA and MC.

• E-transfers can be sent to purehimalayadistribution@zoho.com. The payment will be deposited directly into our bank account; no password is required.

• Cheques can be made to Pure Himalaya Distribution and mailed to our address which can be found on the invoice.
  

How do I place an order?

We have four options for placing an order.

1. Order through our website. Log in to your wholesale account on the Wholesale login page. Place the items into a shopping cart and pay through secure payment. We will calculate the shipping charges after the order is placed and ready to ship. We will charge your credit card for the shipping charges separately and email you an invoice receipt.

2. Order through email. Log in to your wholesale account on the Wholesale login page. Place the items into a shopping cart and copy the order into an email. No need to delete the items from the shopping cart, it will refresh itself, and the items will be removed. You might qualify for a shipping discount if you pay with a bank payment.

3. Email your order to purehimalayadistribution@zoho.com. In the email, include either the item name or code of the times.

4. You can call us, and we can take your order over the phone.
