Our meditation cushions are handmade on Vancouver Island. They are filled with organic buckwheat hulls sourced from a farm in British Columbia. We use sturdy fabrics to prevent tearing. The cushion has an inside liner, and the removable zip cover is washable.

They are very comfortable and help correct posture and reduce pain in individuals who meditate and sit for long periods. The cushion relieves joint stress and minimizes the chance of developing numbing limbs.
